Multiply the Water you gain per click. Sportskeeda states outright that Pumps take precedence over Pets when you are optimising Water gain, so a good Pump beats stacking pet luck. Bought from the hub stand or the Pumps button on the HUD.
Rebirth
Permanent multipliers
The only boost that raises both Water gain and Cash rate permanently. It resets your Water level to zero, so open the panel, read what it will grant, and confirm only when the displayed reward clearly beats the run you are giving up.

Pads in the hub and parts of the play area train Water automatically, and you can keep clicking on top of them. Free throughput on time you were not going to spend clicking anyway — treat it as a habit, not a purchase.
